In our spring newsletter, we asked for member input on potential outdoor amphitheater sites. The Board’s goal is to promote existing trails by adding value and attracting new trail users. We are still looking for more amphitheater site suggestions.
The ideal spot would be short walk in from a parking area for event guests. Ease-of-access for construction equipment during building should be considered.
So far, we’ve considered a couple of areas. One potential spot is off Cross Trail near Yaw Drive. This area is accessible but it would need to go through many steps if it were to move forward.
