The Sitka Sound Science Center has asked us to share a public weather resource that may be useful to hikers & other outdoor enthusiasts. You can now see data for many public weather monitors in Sitka, such as the current temperature or the total rainfall within the past 24 hours. These stations are helping to bring more accurate forecasts to the Sitka area.
